JSC ‘’KVADRA PAK’’ buyback results

Andris Vītoliņš, a shareholder of JSC ‘’KVADRA PAK’’ who expressed buyback offer, reports 
acquiring 1,723 shares that were sold by shareholders responding to the offer. After completion 
of the offer, Andris Vītoliņš will own 3,686,975 shares.
