Solar A/S' Swedish subsidiary, Solar AB, has entered into negotiations for the acquisition of shares of the HWS wholesaler Alvesta V.V.S. - Material AB. Final completion of the acquisition is subject to the usual conditions, including approval by relevant authorities. Closing of the acquisition is expected in April.
