Mr. Carter, a well-known professional in the mining industry, brings to the Company a wealth of knowledge in metallurgy, chemistry and mining research.

Mr. Carter has consulted extensively around the globe focusing on complex mining, metallurgical and extraction processes for both large and small companies. He is currently Vice President of the Caribou Mining Association in British Columbia and has been a guest speaker at the Fraser Institute and at mining conferences around the world.

His personal accomplishments include the creation and development of intellectual property currently in use for the extraction of precious metals. Mr. Carter continues to develop leading edge extraction techniques that have applicability in a myriad of geological settings.
