PARIS, March 1, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Falken Industries Ltd. (Pink Sheets:FLKI) Clean Plus(r) Product Group announced the signing of a strategic alliance agreement with a Super Distributor for Barbados and the English speaking Caribbean islands. The Super Distributor will distribute the Clean Plus(r) "Premium" Auto Care, Clean Plus(r) Professional Auto Care, and Clean Plus(r) Industry product lines. The agreement ensures a 5 year minimum purchase of EUR100,800 ($130,000) annually.
The Super Distributor represents many major international brands and has a market penetration rate greater than 40%. Falken Industries and the Super Distributor are currently discussing the specifics of the Clean Plus(r) product launch campaign, which is set for spring 2007. This will be a new and unique product launch for this Super Distributor.
With their Clean Plus(r) products already present in Canada, and with aims to penetrate the U.S. market in 2007-08, this recent signing is a significant step in establishing a transatlantic Clean Plus(r) brand presence for Falken Industries.
