Sunnylife Global, Inc. to Take Ownership of Hebei World Friendship Hospital at a Turn-over Ceremony Scheduled in July 2007


LOS ANGELES, June 20, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Sunnylife Global, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SNYL) announced today that, after receiving the ownership of the first Xiang Tan World Friendship Hospital in May 2006, their second Sino-U.S. joint-ventured "Hebei World Friendship Hospital" owned by Hebei Shijiazhuang Steel Co., Ltd. has been approved by the Ministry of Health. The Ministry of Health is the highest governmental department of medical management in the People's Republic of China. The turn-over ceremony will be conducted in the middle of July 2007.

"Hebei World Friendship Hospital" is the second hospital that Sunnylife Global, Inc. has received ownership of and is also the second general Sino-U.S. hospital that the Ministry of Health of PRC approved. The Hebei World Friendship Hospital is a general hospital with a specialty on burn diagnosis. After the turn-over ceremony in July, Hebei World Friendship Hospital will operate on the basis of a membership system and provide advanced plastic surgery to burned patients. This specialty is expected to return US$3 million annually of revenue to the hospital. With the revenue from the membership system, it is expected to return US$ 4.1 million annually to Sunnylife Global, Inc. This is a significant contribution towards helping Sunnylife Global to build a firm foundation of developing 100 hospitals in China.
