Efficiency Technologies, Inc. Announces Fourth Installation Into Baxter International Facility

TULSA, Okla., June 21, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Efficiency Technologies, Inc., (EffTec), a wholly-owned subsidiary of American Resource Management, Inc. (Pink Sheets:ARRM), announces its fourth installation of the EffTrack(tm) web-based software service into a Baxter International facility located at Round Lake, Illinois. EffTrack, which is an ENERGY STAR PARTNER Service, will be used to monitor over 1,200 tons of the manufacturing facility's chiller capacity and will assist Baxter in maximizing chiller efficiency and conserving energy, thereby reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

"We are pleased with the continued confidence that Baxter has placed in EffTrack's ability to reduce energy consumption, improve the operating efficiencies of their chiller systems and ultimately reduce their greenhouse gas emissions. Baxter is the first Fortune 500 company to implement our EffTrack system in multiple locations and indicates their strong desire to operate their facilities in a cost efficient and environmentally responsible manner. As the concerns for global warming increase, Baxter's initiatives in energy conservation through the use of EffTrack should be applauded and used as a model for all manufacturing facilities throughout the world," stated Don Clark, President of EffTec.

Chillers are the single largest energy consumer in most business facilities and typically account for up to 35% of the electrical power use. The U.S. Department of Energy estimates that chiller inefficiencies increase energy usage by up to 30% over optimal operating levels.

About Efficiency Technologies, Inc.

EffTrack collects, stores, and analyzes chiller operating data to determine performance, diagnose causes of inefficiency, and recommend corrective action. About ENERGY STAR

ENERGY STAR is a joint program of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Energy helping people and businesses save money and protect the environment through energy efficient products and practices. Americans, with the help of ENERGY STAR, saved enough energy in 2006 alone to avoid greenhouse gas emissions equivalent to those from 25 million cars -- all the while saving $14 billion on their utility bills. For business operations, a strategic approach to energy management can produce twice the savings -- for the bottom line and the environment -- as typical approaches, EPA's ENERGY STAR partnership offers a proven energy management strategy that helps in measuring current energy performance, setting goals, tracking savings, and rewarding improvements.
