President of Sunnylife Global Addresses China Delegation and Investors at Private Reception For Hebei World Friendship Hospital and Shijiazhuang City Officials

LOS ANGELES, July 17, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Sunnylife Global, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SNYL), which owns 70% of the Hebei World Friendship Hospital, published the text of a speech made by its president, Richard Lo, at a farewell reception for the delegation of the Hebei World Friendship Hospital and the Hebei Shijiazhuang City Officials from China to do a tour of the U.S. hospitals and to hold discussions with Sunnylife's management team.

Mr. Lo said, "Ladies and Gentlemen:

The cooperation with Hebei World Friendship Hospital is another milestone for Sunnylife Global, Inc. This reflects the following points:

   1. Increasing the total assets of Sunnylife Global. The joint
venture contract was signed two years ago. The total assets
will increase two times, from RMB 50million to RMB 100million.
This will bring approximately US$12 million to Sunnylife
      Global's Balance Sheet.

   2. The hospital management model will be transformed from
simple therapy to managed care and also emphasizes the
hospital medicine intellectual property right. The income
sources of the hospital will be diversified from the
original simple income source and it is estimated that
the hospital income will increase at least three times.

   3. Due to the strong support of the State Asset Management
Committee, in addition to the original employees of
Shijiazhuang Steel and Iron Company, employees of 20 other
state-owned enterprises will also join the membership plan
of the new hospital. Thus, our hospital can enter the
      full-operation condition at once.

   4. The successful approval of Hebei Hospital by China's
Ministry of Health and the Commerce Department indicates
that the plans of Sunnylife Global can also obtain strong
support from the Central Government of China. This is
critical for our long-term goals to invest in100 hospitals.

      Thank you all for attending!"

The visiting delegation is composed of Mr. Xue, Chang Xi, Director of the Health Department, Mr. Hou, Min, Chairman of the Board of Hebei World Friendship Hospital, and Mr. Jin, Miao, Chief Administrator of the Hebei Hospital. Discussions included plans for the official scheduled turnover of the hospital to Sunnylife, the hospital's remodeling schedule, the implementation of the membership system and the implementation of the international marketing plan for the patent medicine owned by the hospital.
