CONCERNING THE OF THE INFORMATION DENYING

    The head of the management board A. G. Adomaitis had publicty denied
information, which had been appeared newspopers “Lietuvos rytas”, “Respublika”,
BNS on 2007-05-29, and in “Lietuvos rytas” on 2007-06-22 the information was
about the companys business plans: 
a)it was not foressen  to appoint new general directos in JSC “ALYTAUS
TEKSTILĖ”; 
b)the general directress Algida Žūkevičienė  hodnt went abroad for new
contracts signing; 
c)it was not fereseen go to banks for taking new credits;
d) sale no leased.
    The head of the management board A. G. Adomaitis confirmed the folowing
information, which was publicated in the news of Lithuanian: 
a)the shareholdens of JSC “ALYTAUS TEKSTILĖ” entered into negotiations with the
 biggest creditors of JSC in order to renew monufacturing process of finishing
and rewing departaments.
