(NYSE:LOW) has licensed the EnCase(r) eDiscovery Suite to conduct electronic discovery across its U.S.-based network. The agreement between the parties was signed in the second quarter of 2007. Lowe's, which serves approximately 13 million customers a week in its more than 1,400 stores, will use the top-ranked software to search, collect and preserve electronically stored information.
