HOUSTON, Oct. 8, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Stallion Oilfield Services Ltd. announced today its entrance into the wellsite construction services market in the Rockies with the acquisition of A&B Construction and Painting, Inc. (A&B). A&B is located in Marbleton, Wyoming near the prolific Pinedale and Jonah Fields.

On another note, Stallion announced that due to its rapid growth the corporate office has recently relocated to 950 Corbindale Road, Suite 300, Houston, TX 77024.
The company also announced that Abbeville Offshore Quarters, which it acquired in 2006, has been officially renamed Stallion Offshore Quarters. Headquartered in Abbeville, Louisiana with an office in The Netherlands, Stallion Offshore Quarters has been providing workforce accommodations to the global offshore industry for over forty years.
Stallion has also renamed BLR Construction, located in Duson, Louisiana, to Stallion Oilfield Construction.
