Aggregate principal amount of DKK 301,289,500 in new

The aggregate principal amount of the note PLUS 3 Valuta 2009 is DKK
301,289,500. The issue will take place on the 24th of October 2007. 

The new note will be registered in Værdipapircentralen A/S on the 24th of
October and will be listed on the OMX Nordic Exchange Copenhagen A/S the same
day.
