KMA Global Solutions International Announces New Color Printing Capability to DUALTag Production

Company Issues Correction to September 19, 2007 Press Release

MISSISSAUGA, Ontario, Oct. 25, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- KMA Global Solutions International, Inc. (OTCBB:KMAG) announced today that it has introduced a two-color printing capability to its DUALTag production to create a more covert product.

Due to market demand, KMA has added color print on the DUALTag to deliver a message to the consumer and further enhance its security feature to be covert in the package. Brand owners may also use the unique print as a means to spot counterfeit product in the market place. The counterfeit market is an ever increasing problem, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry, but the DUALTag now offers the advantage of printing unique inks on the security labels as a marker to distinguish genuine products.

"KMA's DUALTag saves packagers time and money, and at the same time, helps to improve inventory management for the brand owner," said Jeffrey D. Reid, Chief Executive Officer of KMA Global Solutions International Inc. He continued, "We anticipate this color printing to increase the capability and use of the DUALTag without adding additional costs to the customer."

KMA's DUALTag provides theft protection through its innovative combination of two leading Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) technologies in a single, high-speed application. Packaging companies that have adopted DUALTag consider it to be of great benefit to their operation. When compared to applying the two EAS technologies separately, production efficiencies increase substantially and overall costs are significantly reduced. DUALTag eliminates inventory costs associated with duplicate inventories that differ only by EAS technology and allows products to be sold through any retail channel.

Additionally, KMA Global announces today a correction to a previously issued press release. On September 19, 2007, KMA Global announced that it had received an order for one million units of its DUALTag product by Sony DADC. While the company has had discussions with Sony DADC regarding a purchase order of this size and has received a request for a quote from Sony, KMA Global has not yet booked this order. According to management, there was a miscommunication between the company's sales representatives and its purchasing department regarding the Sony DADC quotation. KMA has taken internal actions so as to prevent this from reoccurring.
