Number of shares held by the offeror after execution of the bid Following settlement for the mandatory takeover bid, JÄSTBOLAGET AB holds in total 735092 shares of AS "RIGAS RAUGS". As a result of the mandatory takeover bid, the holding of JÄSTBOLAGET AB in AS "RIGAS RAUGS" has increased from 81,22% to 95,10%.
