(OTCBB:ADRM), a leading manufacturer of medical waste treatment systems, today announced the signing of a letter of intent for the delivery of its MC5 Series System to Monaco Biomedical & Environmental Corp. Group of Mayaguez, Puerto Rico in 2008. Final terms and conditions are expected to be finalized before year end. This MedClean(r) Series System is configured to annually treat more than 4 million pounds of medical and other related institutional waste.
In addition to medical waste, the system can destroy confidential documents in full compliance with HIPAA regulations, further enhancing the return of the investment. This is a new installation that will provide the company with the ability to treat and process all of the waste being collected through its large healthcare customer base throughout the island. It will commence operation in early 2008 in a new facility located in San Germane.
