PALM SPRINGS, Calif., Feb. 10, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Environmental Service Professionals, Inc. (OTCBB:EVSP) today announced organizational changes necessary to better position the company to achieve the 2008 goals for growth.
As of February 1, 2008, the following management organization was effective:
Mr. Joseph T. Leone has been appointed the General Manager of the CEHI Business Unit, Environmental Safeguard Professionals, Inc. He will report to Edward L. Torres, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Leone has been a senior member of the company since its inception and most recently as the Senior Vice-President of the CEHI Business Unit.
Mr. Francis X. Finigan will assume the responsibility of company's Director of National Sales and Business Development. He will report to Edward L. Torres, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Finigan is well established in the Environmental Inspection industry and has a broad range of knowledge to introduce the "CEHI" program to the national stakeholders (Insurance, Mortgage banking, Real Estate and Building Industries) Mr. Finigan will transition his current duties to Mr. Leone allowing him to focus on his new role.
