Mr. Mark Kaley will now take over the responsibility of directing the Company as the new Chairman of the Board, President and CEO.
Mr. Kaley currently serves as the President of MJMM Investments, LLC. Mark has experience acting as a lead coordinator in assisting private companies to achieve public status. He has successfully taken companies public in the U.S. through various methods and has a broad base of occupational expertise in various aspects of corporate and business law. Mark's work at Big Apple Consulting USA provided him the opportunity to consult with numerous emerging growth companies through the public relations process.
Prior to joining MJMM Investments, LLC, Mark worked for a private law firm in Garden City, New York, and, before that, was an associate at King & Spalding, LLP's New York City office, a national law firm based in Atlanta. Mark has a wide range of experience in corporate, commercial, transactional and litigation matters. In 2000, Mark graduated from St. John's University School of Law, with honors. Prior to attending law school, Mark was an Associate Producer for a Cablevision Television Channel.
