Preliminary information on Kemira GrowHow's financial statements for year 2007

Kemira GrowHow estimates the net sales for 2007 to be approximately
EUR 1,295 million, the operating profit approximately EUR 83 million
and the earnings per share EUR 1.26. The numbers are unaudited and
not based on financial statements signed by the Board of Directors.

Yara International ASA, which owns more than 97 percent of Kemira
GrowHow Oyj's shares, has published its financial statement
announcement today. The numbers reported by Kemira GrowHow do not
match with some of the numbers reported by Yara International ASA
about Kemira GrowHow, among other things due to the fact that Yara
International has treated some items, which Kemira GrowHow has
reported in the income statement, as part of the purchase price of
Kemira GrowHow Oyj shares.

Kemira GrowHow Oyj's financial statement announcement for 2007 will
be published on 22 February 2008.
