Peoples State Bank Appoints Denise M. Lotan Vice President


MADISON HEIGHTS, Mich., April 7, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Peoples State Bank (a subsidiary of PSB Group, Inc.) (OTCBB:PSBG) announced the appointment of Denise M. Lotan. The announcement was made by Michael J. Tierney, President and CEO.

Denise M. Lotan was appointed Vice President, Small Business and Consumer Sales Manager. She will be responsible for small business and consumer loan activities within the bank, as well as being the SBA loan program coordinator.

Ms. Lotan came from National City Bank, where she was the SBA Regional Sales Representative for the Michigan market. She brings to Peoples State Bank 31 years of experience in the banking industry. Ms. Lotan earned an Associate in Accounting from Macomb Community College and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Finance from Walsh College.

Ms. Lotan represents Macomb County 4-H as a 4-H Club Leader, and at the county level as Chairperson of the 4-H Armada Fair Committee. Ms. Lotan is also a member of Michigan Certified Development Corporation.
