Trey Resources Closes Large Software Deal

Transaction Valued at $97,000

LIVINGSTON, NJ--(Marketwire - April 15, 2008) - Trey Resources, Inc. (OTCBB: TYRIA) announced today that the company's wholly owned subsidiary, SWK Technologies, Inc., the premier total solutions provider specializing in business software for manufacturers and distributors, has closed on a software sale valued at roughly $97,000.

Mark Meller, CEO of Trey Resources, said, "In the time since we terminated the proposed sale of SWK, we have gotten back to concentrating on sales, and, more importantly, profitability. Sales have been very good, as has cashflow. We began a bottom to top review of SWK's business processes, and have already implemented several important changes. Our goal is to become the most profitable company in our space, and to do it quickly. SWK's reputation for depth of expertise, talent, quality, and service has placed us in the enviable position of quoting on ever more significant opportunities. Sales momentum continues at a record pace, and we look forward to announcing more exciting deals in the very near future."
