Critical Solutions Finalizes Manufacturing Agreement


CLEVELAND, Ohio, May 5, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Critical Solutions Inc. (Pink Sheets:CSLI), the designer of renewable energy tower systems announces that the Company has finalized an agreement with Mission Critical Solutions (MCS) to be the Company's exclusive manufacturer for North America. MCS is located in Bedford County, Pennsylvania.

Under the terms of the agreement, MCS will manufacture Critical Solutions' renewable energy powered tower systems, Mojo, as well as additional technologies currently under development. MCS will be supported by Kuchera Engineering, a division of Kuchera Defense/Kuchera Industries. Critical Solutions currently has a technology and engineering relationship with Kuchera Engineering.

MCS will take over all manufacturing of the Company's Mojo portable towers systems. In addition, the Mojo, which has a 28 foot telescoping tower, is a smaller version of the Titan. The Titan, the largest of the units developed by Critical Solutions, has a 48 foot telescoping aluminum tower, powered by solar panels, a wind turbine and/or a hydrogen fuel cell.
