Carrington Laboratories, Inc. Changes Its Name to DelSite, Inc.


IRVING, Texas, July 8, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- DelSite, Inc. (OTC:CARN) officially became the name of Carrington Laboratories, Inc. on June 30, 2008. The name change was approved by the company's shareholders at its annual meeting held on June 26, 2008.

"Changing the name of the company to 'DelSite, Inc.' aligns our corporate identity with the shift in our long-term strategic focus solely to the development and promotion of DelSite's three platform technologies for the delivery of proteins and peptides and development of our typhoid vaccine program.
