HealthSport, Inc. Sells Enlyten Trademark to T. Lynn Mitchell Companies for $300,000

WOODLAND HILLS, Calif., Dec. 2, 2008 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- HealthSport, Inc. (OTCBB:HSPO), announced today that T. Lynn Mitchell Companies LLC ("TLM") has acquired the registered trademarks, "Enlyten" and "Enlyten Energy", from the Company for a purchase price of $300,000. By selling the trademarks, all products produced for and marketed by TLM will now carry the Enlyten name on its packaging.

"We think it's a great name for the network marketing company and are pleased they elected to use it. The sale of the trademarks gives the Company additional liquidity for expansion of product lines to be sold in the network contract awarded earlier this year and allows us to focus on research and development and manufacturing while Enlyten focuses on sales", stated Hank Durschlag, CEO of HealthSport, Inc.

"The choice to use the name 'Enlyten' for our network marketing organization was the direct result from several focus groups we utilized. Everyone loves the name and feels we will benefit from its previous exposure. We will 'enlyten' people about the many benefits of this strip technology as well as the business opportunity attached to it. It's very clever and very appropriate," stated Lynn Mitchell, CEO of T. Lynn Mitchell Companies, LLC.

Enlyten is scheduled to host a company kick-off party on January 9, 2009 at the Spirit Bank Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
