PDA Inc. Announces Promotion of Katherine Slate to Vice President of Franchise Relations and Corporate Development

FORT WORTH, TX--(Marketwire - January 5, 2009) - PDA Inc. announces the promotion of
Katherine Slate to Vice President of Franchise Relations and Corporate
Development, effective immediately. Ms. Slate joined PDA in 2005 as
Director of Enterprise Development and was promoted to Assistant Vice
President in 2007.
Ms. Slate will be responsible for overseeing the advancement of franchise
relationships, future corporate development, training and PDA's Client
Service Center.
