Teleca postpones year-end report

Malmö, Sweden - January 29, 2009 - Teleca, a world-leading supplier of software
services to the mobile industry (Nordic Exchange, Small cap: TELC B), today
announces the postponement of its year-end report concerning 2008. 

Due to the ongoing delisting of the Teleca B-shares the Board of Directors has
decided to postpone the publication of the year-end report concerning
January-December 2008. The report will be published February 27, 2009 instead of
as earlier announced February 5, 2009.
