Mr. Brown comes to Encore with over 37 years of banking and bank-related experience primarily with First City Bancorporation of Texas, Inc. (First City) and its successor companies. While at First City, Mr. Brown held numerous positions including Auditor, Controller, Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President for Finance & Operations, and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Brown also oversaw the collection/liquidation of a combined $500 million loan and real estate portfolio. He is a graduate of Villanova University, with a B.S. in Finance.
