PartsChannel Completes Acquisition of Tiger Auto Body Parts in Las Vegas


LOS ANGELES, April 3, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- PartsChannel, Inc. today announced it has acquired Tiger Auto Body Parts, Inc., a company based in Las Vegas that distributes automobile collision replacement parts. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

"The acquisition enables PartsChannel to leverage its existing distribution network in Los Angeles. We look forward to taking advantage of the opportunities available to the company in the Las Vegas metropolitan region," said John M. Palumbo, chief executive officer of PartsChannel.
