The agreement calls for joint business development, assisting Hardin with securing funding for expansion, and the companies will combine as reasonably required various resources as part of the business development strategy.
This MOU is part of the Company's continuing business development and growth strategy in the bio-fuels and alternative energy marketplace.
The company is positioning itself as a premier brand in alternative fuel and energy conservation.
