Apollo Drilling Changes Name to Southwest Hydrocarbons


DALLAS, April 24, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Apollo Drilling, Inc. (Pink Sheets:APDR), today announced that it has formally changed its name to "Southwest Hydrocarbons, Inc" (the "Company"). The name change reflects the Company's recent change of its business focus in the oil & gas industry from contract drilling to exploration, acquisition, and production.

The Company's ticker symbol will remain APDR.PK for a period of time until a new symbol is assigned, at which time an update announcement will be made.

Additionally, the Company is moving its headquarters to 4141 Blue Lake Circle, Suite 177, Dallas, TX 75244.
