GENEVA, July 16, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Kender Energy Inc. (Pink Sheets:KNDR) is pleased to announce that it has initiated a stock dividend plan for its shareholders. The stock-dividend issue to every existing shareholder will be of 4 new shares for one previously held share. The effective date of the dividend is not yet known, but the filings for this dividend have been performed.
