(OTCBB:NAEY) announced today that it has entered into a letter of intent to acquire a 20% interest in Washington Gathering System. The transaction is anticipated to close on or before August 31, 2009. Washington Gathering System currently serves all the natural gas production in NAEY's area of interest in Northern Oklahoma.
