(Pink Sheets:SGDH) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary Ecopaper, Inc. has entered into an exclusive manufacturing agreement with a Latin American paper producer. Ecopaper co-developed a 100% post consumer toilet paper that has no harmful environmental effluents.
SGD Holdings, Ltd. anticipates a U.S. distribution agreement within the next 30 days.
