Changes in subsidiaries management bodies

AS Luterma subsidiary AS Kalev Chocolate Factory supervisory board removed Kati
Kusmin from companies' management starting from 1st of September 2009. Mait
Nilson will remain as a member of the management board whose powers as a member
of the management board have been extended for a next period of 3 years.
Supervisory board selected Marko Kaha as the new member of the management
board. 

Similar change in the companies' management boards was also decided by AS
Luterma subsidiaries AS Kalev Jõhvi Tootmine and AS Vilma supervisory boards.
Due to beeing selected as a member of the management board AS Luterma as a
shareholder decided to removed Marko Kaha from AS Vilma supervisory board. 

AS Kalev Chocolate Factory as a majority shareholder will propose to the OÜ
Maiasmokk meeting of the shareholders to remove Kati Kusmin from management
board and select new member of the management board Mait Nilson.
