Federal Court Orders That MMC Energy, Inc. May Proceed With Its Suit Against Karl Miller

NEW YORK, Sept. 15, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- MMC Energy, Inc. (Nasdaq:MMCE) announced that in the Company's pending federal suit against its former executive Karl Miller seeking more than $1 million in damages for Miller's breach of a separation agreement, the Court today denied Miller's motion to dismiss the action and directed that the Company's suit proceed. The Company will now vigorously prosecute the case against Miller.
