(Pink Sheets:CDOI) www.cardio-cor.com., a leading Health and Wellness technology and marketing company, announced today that an agreement between Fabio Marchesi the inventor and holder of the patent for the acquisition of that patent and the technology used in the "Cardio-Cor infrared exercise bike".
