FORT LAUDERDALE, FL--(Marketwire - September 17, 2009) - The official start of winter for skiers
and snowboarders begins in Florida at the Southeast Winter Sports Show
presented by Peter Glenn Ski &
Sports. This year's expo will blast through the area Friday, October
2, 2009 through Sunday, October 4, 2009, at the Broward County Convention
Center, 1950 Eisenhower Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
The show features a weekend of fun, savings and snow, courtesy of
modern-day mechanics for families, skiers and snowboarders. Activities
include the Mt. Peter Glenn rock climbing wall, a skiing-snowboarding
simulator, a bounce house, children's activity area and a One Warm Coat
collection drive for gently worn warm clothing. Exhibitors include
specialty travel agencies, tour operators, airlines, resorts, as well as,
ski and snowboard manufacturers.
