The Company has engaged an outside Consultant who has over 15 years experience dealing with the major studios and manufacturers (as well as peripherals) and has relationships with technical management at these same studios. He will assist in the following initiatives: to interest major consumer electronics manufacturers in AKYI technologies for applications in computers, gaming systems and next generation television sets, and to promote the use of AKYI conditional access technology to content distributors for the secure distribution of high-value content over the internet. It is obvious even to the casual observer that having control over the high value content built directly into the consumer electronics hardware (TVs, computers, etc.) will give that manufacturer a leg up over the competition when it comes to starting their own digital backbone for content distribution.
