Former Ernst & Young Audit Partner Joins Workstream's Executive Team


MAITLAND, Fla., Dec. 10, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Workstream Inc. (OTCBB:WSTM), a leading provider of On-Demand Compensation, Performance and Talent Management solutions, today announced the appointment of Jerome P. Kelliher as the Company's new Chief Financial Officer.

Jerome P. Kelliher, with 13 years of experience at Ernst & Young as a financial professional, will drive the enterprise-wide creation of value for all of Workstream's business units and bring the necessary financial acumen to analyze, and direct the company's progress in profitability. During his tenure at E&Y, Mr. Kelliher held several senior management positions, culminating in his most recent position as Audit Partner of the Moscow, Russia office. Mr. Kelliher is a certified public accountant and holds a Master of Science in Accountancy with distinction from Bentley College Graduate School of Business in Waltham Massachusetts.
