Mercantile Bank Corporation Declares First Quarter Cash Dividend of $0.01 Per Share


GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., Jan. 19, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On January 14, 2010, the Board of Directors of Mercantile Bank Corporation (Nasdaq:MBWM) declared a first quarter cash dividend of $0.01 per share on the Corporation's common stock. The dividend is payable on March 10, 2010 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 10, 2010. This will be the company’s 29th consecutive quarterly cash dividend payment to shareholders.
