NGAS Resources to Present at IPAA's 2010 Annual Oil & Gas Conference


LEXINGTON, Ky., April 6, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- NGAS Resources, Inc. (Nasdaq:NGAS) today announced that William S. Daugherty, President and CEO, will present at the Independent Petroleum Association of America's (IPAA) Annual Oil & Gas Investment Symposium (OGIS) taking place at The Sheraton New York Hotel and Towers in New York City from April 12 - 14, 2010.

Mr. Daugherty will be presenting at the conference on Tuesday, April 13, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. (Eastern). During his presentation, Mr. Daugherty plans to discuss NGAS and its natural gas opportunities in the Appalachian Basin, including a general business update.
