Hot Topic, Inc. Announces a $1.00 Per Share Special One-Time Cash Dividend and a $0.07 Per Share Regular Quarterly Dividend


CITY OF INDUSTRY, Calif., April 7, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hot Topic, Inc. (Nasdaq:HOTT) today announced that on April 6, 2010, its Board of Directors authorized a $1.00 per share special one-time cash dividend to be paid to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 19, 2010. The Board also authorized a $0.07 per share regular quarterly dividend to be paid to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 19, 2010. Both the special one-time cash dividend and the regular quarterly dividend are payable on May 3, 2010 and will be paid together.
