(Pink Sheets:RBTI) announced today it has appointed Elroy Sailor, CEO of The J.C.Watts Companies, to its board of directors. Sailor has led a dynamic and talented executive management team to build an organization from start-up to an organization with revenues of $25 million.

He received his degree from Morehouse College and is a graduate of the Michigan Political Leadership Program (MPLP) at Michigan State University (MSU).
