Camelot Seeks Box Office Gold With 'National Lampoon's Dirty Movie'

Distribution Division Obtains Worldwide Rights to Comedy


LOS ANGELES, May 6, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Camelot Entertainment Group, Inc. (OTCBB:CMGR) ("Camelot") announced today that DarKnight Pictures has acquired National Lampoon's Dirty Movie, a racy comedy about an attempt to create a movie with only dirty jokes acted out. The title will premiere during the Cannes Film Festival in France on May 14, 2010.

"National Lampoon is a great brand that makes funny comedies," stated Jamie Thompson, President of Camelot Distribution Group. "Dirty Movie is a movie all about jokes –lines that many people continue to quote. We are excited about having this title and brand in our Cannes line-up."

The cast includes Christopher Meloni ("Law & Order: SVU"), Robert Klein (The Backup Plan, How to Loose a Guy in 10 Days, Two Weeks Notice), Mario Cantone ("Sex in the City"), pop singer Cyndi Lauper ("Celebrity Apprentice"), and Adam Ferrara ("Rescue Me", Paul Blart: Mall Cop).

The film is a Flim Flam production, written by Alan Donnes and Tanner Colby, directed by Jerry Daigle, and produced by Alan Donnes and Jerry Daigle. Flim Flam Films teamed up with National Lampoon in 2008, announcing a slate of films that would fall under the National Lampoon banner – including Dirty Movie.

 Robert Atwell and Jamie Thompson of Camelot serve as Executive Producers.
