RPO Alliance Announces Formation of Board of Directors

HROA Continues Investment in RPO; Interim Board Evolves Into Formal Board of Directors to Help Institutionalize Industry Best Practices


WASHINGTON, DC--(Marketwire - June 8, 2010) -  HROA today announced details of its newly formed RPO Alliance Board of Directors. The new board is chartered with building a community across all sizes and types of businesses aimed at the market adoption and progression of recruitment process outsourcing.

The RPO Alliance was previously guided by an interim board that was formed in 2009. Interim board members Kim R. Davis, Adecco; Anne Nimke, Pinstripe; Rebecca Callahan, SourceRight Solutions; and Terry Terhark, The Right Thing have been joined by the following newly elected directors:

Kim Davis of Adecco welcomed Neal Krisko to the Board: "Neal is a true talent acquisition leader. He has direct experience with multiple RPO providers. He provides talent acquisition services to 93 different countries and uses RPO on a multinational basis."
