Gulfport City Council Approves Property Rezoning


PETOSKEY, Mich., Aug. 5, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Rotate Black, Inc. (OTCBB:ROBK), a premier development and management company of resort and casino properties, announced today that the Gulfport City Council approved the Gulfport Planning Commission's recommendation for property rezoning.  With a 6-1 vote the City Council rezoned six acres of privately owned property from general business to entertainment and gaming.

The approval facilitates Rotate Black, Inc.'s plans to dock "The Big Easy" luxury cruise ship hosting a casino and restaurants and for the construction of a land based casino resort with a high-rise hotel on this waterfront property.

Rotate Black, Inc. will move the process forward to the Mississippi Gaming Commission for site approval.
