Nearly 50% of NightHawk customers responded to the survey – making this the most comprehensive, statistically significant and revealing report card available.

Top satisfaction ratings were achieved in key areas such as customer service, report quality and communication. High ratings included: communication of critical findings; accuracy of results; and access to NightHawk radiologists and personnel. The top three reasons customers cited for using NightHawk services were turnaround times, quality of physician reports, and value.
