Through Possible Acquisitions of Pre-Paid Utility Services Everybody's Phone Company Projects Revenues Upwards of 20 Million

Assisting Credit Disadvantaged Consumers has Proven to Increase Margins for Major Providers Across the Board

HOUSTON, Dec. 14, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Everybody's Phone Company (Pink Sheets:EVPH), has announced a new strategy which may push revenues over the $20 million mark. The new plans are structured from other major phone and utility providers who have recently made it their missions to acquire pre-paid services to offer to their customers as a method of servicing the large amount of Americans who are now considered "credit-disadvantaged." The current business plans entail gross revenues of $1.5 Million the first year and gross revenues increasing above $20 Million in five years; with net profits of about $4 Million total. Not many other companies have adopted the strategy of bundling many different types of pre-paid services and Everybody's Phone Company plans to be one of the first in Texas before expanding nationwide.

CEO Steve Bethke stated, "Acquiring companies like ourselves who strive to help the credit-disadvantaged consumer with flexible, flat rate service plans can help us to raise the capital we need to expand to other states, advertise heavily and improve our current service packages. Services like pre-paid energy for homes, pre-paid internet and pre-paid long distance coverage are helping many companies improve their bottom line and we believe the same could be achieved for Everybody's Phone Company. Our goal within the next year is to become a 'Pre-Paid Service Depot' where people who live a primarily 'cash-only' lifestyle may find contract free services for low prices from one provider."

Major companies such as AT&T, Discover, and Visa have all delved into the pre-paid markets as a way to respond to the over-saturation of "post-paid" operations. In the present economy many people are scared of contracts, done with fees, and want the option to switch providers with a "no-strings-attached" approach; pre-paid services assuage most consumer fears of making next month's payments while ramping up the provider's bottom line.
