Pegasi Energy Resources Announces the Commission of Its New Pipeline in Marion County, Texas


TYLER, Texas, Jan. 18, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Pegasi Energy Resources Corp. (OTCBB:PGSI), an East Texas based oil and gas exploration and production company headquartered in Tyler, Texas today announces the commissioning of its new pipeline in Marion County, Texas.

Pegasi commissioned the newly constructed 4 inch pipeline and 8 inch high pressure line designed to move gas from its previously announced Norbord #1 gas discovery in Marion County, Texas. The pipelines were constructed by its 80% owned pipeline subsidiary TR Rodessa, and are designed to increase capacity and move high pressure gas from the TR Rodessa Huntington central gathering system to the Enbridge pipeline interconnect.

The newly constructed 4 inch line is part of a gathering system to move gas from the new field discovery. The commissioned lines add approximately 2.14   miles to the 45 miles of existing TR Rodessa pipeline in Cass and Marion, Counties Texas.
