According to the material event notice of 22 December 2010, acting in accordance with legal acts the Manager of the Company filed with the Kaunas Regional Court the petition concerning the initiation of bankruptcy proceedings of AB ALT investicijos. The court awarded the petition, and decided on 19 January 2011 to:
- initiate the bankruptcy proceedings of AB ALT investicijos.
