COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. and COLUMBIA, Md., May 4, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Integral Systems, Inc., (Nasdaq:ISYS) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, RT Logic, has been awarded more than $30 million in multiple government, military and commercial contracts during the past three months. Under the terms of the contracts, RT Logic will provide its proven commercial-based Telemetrix® signal processing systems that are currently used by more than 85 percent of U.S. space missions.
The contract awards demonstrate RT Logic's continued dominance of the satellite ground system signal processing market in support of civil and national security space programs. The wins also demonstrate RT Logic's significant progress in advancing in the Space Situational Awareness (SSA) market. A summary of the contract wins includes:
- Multiple National Security Space satellite ground system awards valued at approximately $15 million that will use RT Logic's Telemetrix modems, front-end processors and recorders.
- Numerous civil-related ground Command and Control (C2) system awards valued at almost $11 million.
- Several SSA-related awards valued at more than $2 million for various Government customers.
- Other miscellaneous development and maintenance awards totaling more than $2 million.
