My Social Income, Inc. Announces 2011 Corporate Initiatives to Shareholders

INDIANAPOLIS, July 12, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- My Social Income, Inc., (Pink Sheets:MSOA) (www.mysocialincome.com), is a global provider of VoIP services to Wireless and Wireline Broadband customers delivering best-in-class services and pricing. The fully vertically integrated company manages all aspects of its service from user devices to carrier handoff, targeting retail customers and large affiliate organizations with a highly market-adaptive range of products.

The company is pleased to announce their corporate update and initiatives for the year 2011.

The year 2010 saw many changes to the company, which included a change in the management structure, a new and exciting group of VoIP products with some of the best rates in the world with better profit margins and, of course, weathering the financial storm experienced worldwide.

The company is pleased to announce these exciting 2011 initiatives:

  • Build on our successes in existing affinity programs. Our first program is in place, and we are working with our client/partner to promote our services within their organization. Our success in this first effort will directly drive revenues, and provide a solid example of success for our future sales efforts.
  • Continue our efforts to build revenues by promoting "Value Network Marketing Services." Our first such network is in the implementation phase and we are actively recruiting partners. Even before the program as officially launched we have received an unsolicited inquiry for another group to develop a similar program for them.
  • Promote our "TravelCall for Military Families" initiative. Our first effort with this initiative is underway. We have the back cover on a value coupon book being distributed by Military Charities in San Diego, California with a planned distribution of 80,000 units. We are supporting the effort with a dedicated web offering and, based upon the success we achieve, will roll the program out in wider distribution this year. TravelCall allows users traveling overseas to make AND RECEIVE calls without incurring high calling charges or roaming fees. The Military version is directly aligned with the "Call Home Act of 2006" instituted by congress to reduce the costs for military personnel to call their families in the US or around the world.
  • Develop the sponsored, promotional calling card market. Unlike traditional prepaid calling cards which have very significant price competition and very low margins, the promotional calling card is offered by businesses as a customer appreciation vehicle… rather than price decreases to stimulate business. The sale is based on the viability of the product in the market, and allows the sponsor both the ability to deliver marketing messages, and to collect customer contact information as the cards are used.
  • Continue to build relationships and develop customers in the Israeli market. The relationships we have in place have helped us get several major accounts. Our latest account is a new call center which is being set-up to handle a contract that will generate 1.2 million calls over the next year, and an estimated 6-9 million billable minutes. With no marketing expenditure, our Israeli representative has built a solid business based on customer referrals, and a network of contacts that is constantly increasing.
  • Expand our presence in the Israeli market with a dedicated Hebrew/English website. More than a simple translation of our existing site, the MSI Israel site will be uniquely messaged for the Israeli residential and consumer market. There are unique service offerings and regionally appropriate products being offered. Some of the US products we offer have high import costs, so we have redesigned our hardware product offerings to include a number of locally produced phones. Visuals of Israeli are being used, and the site will be designed specifically to address the needs and concerns of Israeli customers.
  • Expand our sales efforts in the Multi-level Marketing segment, and offer white labeled network services to additional organizations. We are currently working on developing two strong prospects, and will expand or efforts where practical. Development of prospects in this segment seems to take approximately six months from contact to fulfillment.
  • Develop new service and technology-based products, and expand our offering of new devices and software products which support our core efforts. We will expand our support documentation of products that can be used with our services, to allow our customers greater options in using our service.
  • Develop new marketing tie-in programs and expand the scope of our existing programs. To the greatest extent possible, leverage all of our products and technologies across these varied programs, to maximize our investment in our technology and support efforts.

The initiatives for 2011 are realistic. John A. Roberts, Jr., CEO and founder, "I believe the global market will respond to our most competitive VoIP rates and services. We believe we can out perform our competitors as evidenced by a comparison of competitors rates available on our website. We had some setbacks to this program in 2010, but we are ready to go now."
